Aydın Buğra İlter is a corporate & business lawyer and legal advisor concentrating on the establishment of businesses and day to day operations of corporations from the aspect of legal affairs and compliance.
With his team he assists local & foreign investors and companies on all aspects of the legal business environment, such as commercial and corporate law, labor law, contracts and disputes arising from the contractual relations, intellectual property, commercial debt collection and commercial litigation.  He advised and worked as a team member in various corporate transactions, M&A’s and initial public offerings. He is also working on family governance projects & corporate governance issues as a certified trainer from IFC, Global Corporate Governance Forum.
Aydın Buğra İlter mainly focuses on automotive, property development/construction and aquaculture sectors.
He is also an angel investor licensed by the Undersecretariat of Treasury of Turkey. He initiated and act as the team member in the establishment of first accredited Business Angel Network of İzmir & Aegean Region. He is the coordinator of AEA International Lawyers Network, member of ICC Turkish National Committee, Turkish Corporate Governance Association (TKYD), Aegaen Young Businessman Association (EGIAD), Family Business Network Turkey Chapter (TAİDER) and Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey(DEIK).
