Cesy Cenudioglu, based in Istanbul, is an active Consultant for executive search, leadership capability building, team assessments, culture, organization design, and transformational change topics. She is valued for her deep experience, sharp insightful mind, and broad skillset, which she leverages to help clients resolve issues, identify, and prepare suitable candidates for key roles and master challenges across a wide variety of industries. She especially works deeply within the technology & digital sector working with start-ups and founders around multiple topics; from executive search to founder coaching and culture.

Before becoming an Egon Zehnder consultant, Cesy was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, primarily serving consumer, telco, banking sectors and family holdings on long-term transformation projects for organizational and operating model design and implementation, cultural, agile, and talent transformation. She was one of the Leaders at McKinsey Academy, where she led executive leadership development programs across the region. Before McKinsey, she held various roles in Unilever Turkey and London across HR mostly focusing on business partnering regionally for Digital, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain. She also worked in the CHRO office in London supporting the transition of the new Unilever CHRO and in expertise roles across talent & performance, recruitment, and learning and development.

A Turkish/Spanish binational who speaks multiple languages, Cesy earned a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Koç University while spending a year semester abroad at Stanford University and Georgetown University. Her other qualifications include ICF Executive Coach (ACC), Organization Systems Coach (ORSC), Somatic Coach, Leadership Circle Profile Certified Coach, Centered Leadership Practitioner, Gestalt Groupworks Coach, and a Graduate Certificate in Expressive Arts Therapy. Outside work, Cesy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and is passionate about traveling, singing, playing tennis, and coaching others to help them find their center and purpose. Among other things, she is a member and coach of the organization Yenibirlider Derneği, where she supports young talented individuals and helps design leadership programs.
