Odin Financial Advisors is a boutique investment bank that provides financial advisory services and capital raising solutions to clients with a concentration on mergers and acquisitions and balance sheet refinancings in Central and Eastern Europe, Turkey and the Middle East. We were founded in March 2006 on the belief that clients seek high-quality advice from experienced and independent investment bankers who have a deep understanding of their companies and of their respective industries.

Our Founder, Omer Unsal, is a New York trained investment banker who solicited more than 30 transactions throughout his career. Our team consists of London and New York trained dealmakers who executed number of cross border mergers and acquisitions and balance sheet advisory transactions, and share a singular focus on the long-term quality and maintenance of client relationships. The foundation of our practice is built upon the maintenance of our client relationships in highest confidentiality.
