İş hayatının 28 yılının ilk 20 yılı reel sektörde finans, stratejik planlalama ve iş geliştirme ile geçen Özge Bulut Maraşlı; farklı sektör ve disiplinlerde 22 yıldır yöneticilik ve hissedarlık yaptı, son 5 yıldan beri de Yönetim Kurullarında Başkanlık, Başkan Vekilliği ve Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu üyelikleri aldı.

Faaliyet gösterdiği tüm alanlarda ve ülkelerde Sivil Toplum Kuruluşlarında Kurucu, Yönetim Kurulu Üyeliği ve Başkanlık yapan Maraşlı; Fabu Mühendislik Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı, MAY Yapım Yönetici Ortağı, Doğan Müzik, Net D, Slowtürk Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi, Fark Holding Bağımsız Yönetim Kurulu üyesidir. Dogan Holding Yönetim kurulu Danışmanlığı, Two Zero Girişim Sermaye Fonu ve Arya Investment Yatırım Kurulu üyeliği görevlerini sürdürmektedir.

Mayıs 2018’e dek Kanal D ve D Yapım şirketlerinden sorumlu CEO’su ve Doğan TV CEO yardımcısı olarak görev yapan Bulut Maraşlı, Dogan Televizyon’a geçmeden önce Doğan Holding’de iş kollarının stratejik uyumu ve iş geliştirme alanlarının sorumluluğunu üstlenerek Stratejik Planlama Başkan Yardımcısı görevinde bulunmuş; 2006 – 2011 yılları arasında şirketin Yatırımcı İlişkileri ve Kurumsal İlişkiler Bölüm Başkanı olarak çalışmıştır. Aynı dönemde Doğan Enerji, Doğan Organik Ürünler, Milpa, Ditaş ve Çelik Halat A.Ş. şirketlerinin Yönetim Kurulu Danışmanlığı görevlerinde de bulunmuştur.

Doğan Grubuna katılmadan önce, 2003 – 2006 yılları arasında H.Ö. Sabancı Holding A.Ş CEO’suna bağlı olarak stratejik planlama, iş geliştirme, M&A, enerji projelerinin özelleştirilmesi ve yeniden yapılandırılması, Telekom, gıda, perakende, otomotiv ve çimento iş birimleri gibi birçok sektörde danışmanlık yaptı. Özge Bulut Maraşlı, iş hayatına 1993 – 2003 yılları arasında hızlı tüketim ürünleri sektöründe Kraft Foods International ve H.O Sabancı Holding A.Ş. ortaklığı, Marsa Kraft şirketinde finans ve iş geliştirme yönetimlerinde çeşitli rollerde yer alarak başladı.

Özge Bulut Maraşlı’nın, Sabancı Üniversitesinde Master derecesi bulunmaktadır, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Ekonomi bölümü mezunudur. 2016 yılında Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Projesi 2. Dönem Mentileri arasında yer alan Bulut Maraşlı 1996-98 dönemi Sabancı Holding’in Yetenek Havuzu üyesidir.

Since the beginning of her business career Özge Bulut Maraşlı has served as Executive Officer and shareholder in different industries including FMCG, media, retail, energy and at multi-disciplinary functions for 28 years, and has been the Chairwoman, Deputy Chairwoman and Independent Board Member for the last 10 years.

She is the Chairwoman of Fabu Mühendislik A.Ş., Managing Partner of MAY Productions, Board Member of Doğan Music, Net D, Slowtürk and Independent Board Member of BluTV and Fark Holding. She is also serving as Senior Consultant to the Board of Dogan Holding. She is the Investment Committee Member of TwoZero Investment Fund and also Arya Investment for Women.

Ms. Bulut Maraşlı is the Managing Partner of MAY Production since June 2018 just after she left her CEO position at Kanal D, one of the leading mainstream TV channel and D Production, in house production company of Kanal D. She was the editorial, operational and creative leader of the Kanal D and D Production. She directed the content production strategy to deliver outstanding content across TV, Online, and Social media which meets local, national, and international needs. She was in charge of executing Kanal D within the trust of the people who watch throughout Turkey, Europe (Euro D) and LATAM (D Drama Pay TV service for Latin America) distinguishes itself from the rest of the market – through the best possible content, effective distribution and an organization that is efficiently run. She was also serving as the Board Member of both companies since 2015.

Bulut Marasli formerly led the international and corporate strategy of Dogan Broadcasting Company. Her main responsibility is to develop potential future investment, international business collaboration, content distribution, and to engage the strategy-related consulting, key business driver metric development, and integration for Dogan Broadcasting Group. Besides, she is responsible for the Corporate Affairs and foreign relations of the Chairperson’s office. Since becoming Executive Vice President in Doğan TV Holding in 2012, Ms. Marasli worked as Vice President, Strategic Planning in Doğan Holding. Prior to her VP assignment, she was Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs from 2006 to 2011, reporting to the CEO, the main responsibilities were to develop and execute the global investor relations program. She also took the Corporate Affairs responsibility to facilitate information and knowledge exchanges with internal and key external groups and individuals that have a direct relationship with Doğan Şirketler Grubu Holding A.Ş. Besides these responsibilities, she served as the Advisor to Chairman, Industry and Trading Companies of the Group.

Before joining Doğan Group she worked at H.O. Sabancı Holding A.S. as Counselor to CEO and took a number of responsibilities on strategic planning, business development, M&A, privatizations, and restructuring projects in energy, telecom, retailing, and cement business units between the years 2003-2006. Mrs. Marasli, started her working life in the FMCG industry, namely, Marsa Kraft, the joint venture company of H.O. Sabancı Holding A.S. and Kraft Foods International, and had several roles in the management of finance and business development from 1993 to 2003. She serves as a Board member of Doğan Music Company (the leading Music production, editing, distribution, and digital sales company. DMC has an arm of actor management and casting agency services with Glamorous Celebrity Management Agency (GCMA)), NetD (‘Premium Video Content Platform’. NetD Music is the official broadcast platform for music clips and constitutes the third most popular YouTube channel globally with 10 million-plus subscribers. ) and Slowturk Radio.

She is the Alternate Board Member of the International Academy of Television Arts and Science. She is a member of the World Economic Forum MEI Digital Media Literacy Project Steering Committee and MEI Strategy Officer’s Community since 2015. Bulut Marasli has been in the Advisory Board of Cannes Series in Development since September 2017 under the Cannes Drama Creative Forum, designed as an accelerator for writers and producers to pitch, connect and greenlight projects. She has Board Memberships of Woman on Board (YKKD), Turkish Investor Relations Society (TUYID), Professional Women Network (PWN), Young Society Leaders of ATS, and member of Global Board Ready Women Network (GBWN), G20 Young Global Leaders Aluminate.

She holds a master’s degree from Sabancı University and B.S. Economics from Boğaziçi University, Istanbul. She is one a member of H.O. Sabancı Holding’s Talent Pool since 1996.
