Siret has started his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Debt Capital Markets team in New York. During his time at the bank, Siret worked on many strategic capital raising and financing transactions related to restructurings, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts in various sectors.

Siret, then, joined STJ Advisors, a leading advisory boutique in London servicing financial sponsors and corporates on all equity and debt capital markets transactions. Siret was involved in advising on some of the largest private equity backed IPOs in Europe. Siret was also responsible for the firm’s Turkish business.

Since 2015, Siret has been at UBS, first heading the bank’s investment banking business in Turkey responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Debt Capital Markets products and then more recently also responsible for the Global Family Office business for the bank in Turkey.

Siret has degrees from Oxford University and Columbia University in Master of Business Administration and Financial Mathematics respectively.
