Zeynep Yoğurtçugil is a management consultant with a cross-industry exposure. She is specialized in restructuring & turn-around and creating growth through people. After graduating from Bosphorus University with a BA degree in Sociology, she started her career in Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, assuming increasing responsibilities in various functions of HR domain. She attended an Executive Certification Program in Cornell University in 2008.
She pursued her career in Odger Berndtson focusing on M&A and Talent Assessment projects and assumed Senior Consultant role in projects covering banking industry, where following the merger decision restructuring and talent assessment of the management were executed, and retail & FMCG. She is highly qualified in C-level Talent Assessment.
She was appointed as Executive Board Member at AirTies Wireless Technologies, responsible for HR & Corporate Marketing. Her role covered global organizational restructuring and expansion together with managing all marketing and corporate communication functions for the brand. She was managing a cross-cultural team. Her C-level role in a high-tech environment made her excel in R&D and innovation driven culture.
In 2014, she was Deputy General Manager for Pronet Security Systems and responsible for HR & Organizational Development. She was managing a team of 110, created a well-integrated HR structure that outperforms the heavy turnover. Her C-level role in a service industry increased her knowhow in fast moving, customer-driven structure.
Owner and founder of Éclat Consulting based in İstanbul, Zeynep is currently working with leading companies and helping organizations with their business challenges. Her area of focus is restructuring, creating performance culture and corporate governance. Éclat helps organizations that seek to improve their business results by assessing their Corporate Competencies, internal processes, team structure, and talent pools.
She is currently Independent Executive Board Member in a Technology Conglomerate specialized in Satellite and Defense Technologies. The project includes end-to- end diagnostic to identify organizational bottlenecks that hindered commercial growth and design best-fit Corporate Performance metrics to trigger expansion. Designing the new management structure, identifying the right talent for the newly established positions, establishing corporate governance and management reporting structure were just few deliverables of the ongoing project.
Éclat conducted a global project, Frankfurt/Germany, focusing on Customer Relation processes & improvement areas. The assignment was a fast-paced diagnostic modeling the current execution and gap analysis, identifying the improvement areas and analyzing potential business impacts. The aim was to provide the Management Team an objective insight to design a strategic roadmap.
Éclat conducted a project with the industry-leader in Construction business where her role was to review overall processes to identify efficiency & improvement areas, creating performance culture that translates into financial results. Éclat’s Founder was Independent Board Member during the project and was closely working with the Founder & Chairman to identify organizational and business challenges, to design corrective actions and to integrate them into organizational culture.
Éclat’s previous project was in Retail sector, following a recent Acquisition; the Holding company was looking innovative ways to increase business performance through people. As the Management Team has no previous experience in the newly acquired industry, the project covered the diagnostic of the current state and identification of the improvement areas to increase overall business performance introducing best-practice and comparative study.
Global clients are to include NEF, DHL Express and Lufthansa. She is also working with individual clients as Mentor & Career Consultant.
