Emrah Kaya was born in 1979 in Ankara, and was graduated from the English Management Department of Istanbul University’s Business School in 2002. While he studied in the university, Kaya worked at four magazines as the chief editor and chaired the management board of the Business Club in charge of corporate marketing activities in university. When he was graduated from the university, following the youth agency The Uniclub he founded in 2001, Kaya brought several companies including Youth Media, Youth Research, Keynote Speakers Agency and Youth Store under the umbrella of Youtholding. Youtholding has two regional offices, Istanbul for Europe and Dubai for MEA. Youtholding is the biggest youth-centric business in all over EMEA region. Emrah Kaya currently functions as the Chief Youth Officer of the group. Kaya is also a board member of FODER( Finansal Okuryazarlık Derneği), TOG(Toplum G.nüllüleri Vakfı) is a member of Informatics Association of Turkey (TBD) and Direct Marketing Association (DPID). Being qualified as the Global Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2010, Kaya was alsoranked among the top 10 European entrepreneurs in 2011 and was decorated with Ruban D’honneur http://www.endeavor.org/entrepreneurs/emrah-kaya/588& http://www.hurriyet.com.tr/ekonomi/18398693.asp
